According to what we have sampled, fresh graduates who join companies as graduate trainees earn Ush 1 million-Ush5 million. There are those who earn earn more than Ush 7 million per month.
Companies like Citibank, PWC,Deloitte and Bank of Uganda are among the best paying institutions in Uganda. Banks, too, pay well but selectively.
