“I was first selected to pursue a degree in applied statistics and computing,that was after I scored A- in KCSE.I almost declined the offer but one of my teachers encouraged me to go for it.After four years,I applied for internship at Kemri CDC.I was allowed to intern.After the internship,I graduated with Upper Second Class.Immediately I graduated,the NGO offered me a job.My starting salary was Ksh98,000,which was by then the highest among fresh graduates.I have worked for the organization for two years and I am happy.I encourage other Kenyans to pursue my course because it pays”.
