Distance Learning Courses offered at College of Human Resource Management Kenya

College of Human Resource Management allows students to pursue their studies from home. Courses offered under distance learning arrangement are as follows.

CHRM offers Distance Learning

The College of Human Resource Management (CHRM) has partnered with Cambridge International College, UK, (CIC-UK) to offer Human Resource Management Professional Programs in the Country exclusively, as follows:

  • Human Resource Management
  • Leadership & Management
  • Leadership and Team Management
  • Health & Safety in the Workplace
  • Employment Development

Minimum Entry Requirements

  • Holders of a First Degree from a recognized university PLUS minimum K.C.S.E. grade C- with acceptable bridging Diploma or Pre-university courses, OR, Acceptable Diplomas from recognized Institutions;

Duration and Pattern (Students to choose whatever is convenient for them)

Option 1:              HYBRID – Distance Learning WITH Once a Month-Tutor-Student Sessions after each Module.

Option 2:             Distance Learning Only.

Exams

  • Exams are done in March, June, September and December, after Study for 6 months.

Fees:      (Ksh. 72 300 – Ksh. 80 000)

Total Fee               =              Depends on the Option Selected
As per the Option selected you’ll be issued with a Calendar of Events to see the Attendance Modes

Professional Membership

Upon completion, Students not only qualify for IHRM Membership but also Full Membership of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), the largest HRM Professional Body in the World with membership in 160 countries.

Mode of Application

Applications forms are available at CHRM Ufundi Coop Plaza Offices, 4th Floor, or regional Campuses in Mombasa/Nakuru on payment of a non-refundable fee of Ksh.1 000/=.  The application fee can be deposited into the following bank account:- National Bank of Kenya Limited – Harambee Avenue Branch, Account No. 01020061241700 in favor of College of Human Resource Management (CHRM). Duly completed forms should be submitted to the Admissions Office on Ufundi Coop Plaza, 4th Floor, or sent to CHRM College, P.O. Box 4322-00200, Nairobi, Kenya, or at the Regional Campuses.
