Program Aim and Objectives

Aim

To equip students with knowledge and skills that will assist in deriving strategic management policy prescriptions for public and private sectors, as well as, for international and nongovernmental organizations.

Objectives

The objectives of the program are –

To develop capacity that will support economic advancement of the region, through the application of appropriate strategic management techniques.

To equip students with a deeper understanding of the theoretical framework underlying strategic management and practices

To equip students with skills in articulating strategic management issues for public and private sectors, as well as, for international and non-governmental organizations.

To strengthen participation in the regional strategic management activities while rationalizing the use of existing resources (human and physical) in the region
