Stella Maris Mtwara University College (STEMMUCO) is a fast growing institution. It started in 2009 as an extension of the faculty of education of St. Augustine University of Tanzania. It started with only one programme of Bachelor of Arts with Education (BAED). In its second year it launched two more academic programmes namely the Bachelor of Arts in Sociology (BASO) and the Bachelor of Philosophy with Education (BAPHILED). Stella Maris Mtwara University College (STEMMUCO) for the time being offers undergraduate degree , Diploma and Certificate programmes. As from 2013/2014 more degree and some certificate programmes will be added. Prospective students are advised to follow the instructions and guidelines that are well detailed on the admission page.
