Front Office is one of the few courses you can pursue and secure a job so easily. According to graduates review, the course is highly marketable in Uganda because at least 90 % of the companies here require either customer care executives or front office staff.
One thing you should like about the course is that it doesn’t require excellent qualification from high school to be accepted in college. It is also a course for individuals who are not good in mathematics.
The only problem with front office course is that the salaries are very low. More than 80 % of employees in this category earn less than Ush 400, 000, which is very low.
The course, however, pays well if you land a job at the NGOs, Telecom companies and top government institutions.
Finally, front office course is mostly offered at certificate and diploma levels.
