Most Kenyans have loan balances with Tala and Branch and they are unable to seek any kind of loan from other organizations. By being barred from sharing information with CRB,it means the mobile loan companies would not use CRB excuse to demand loan repayment from their clients.
Going forward, the Apps will use other means as collateral. Loan seeker will be required to present their passports or title deeds to seek loans.
