A fresh graduate,who is employed as a graduate trainee earns Ksh 130,000-Ksh 180,000 while an employee who has stayed for more than 3 years earns over Ksh 200,000.
Senior and middle managers at the institution earn not less than Ksh 300, 000.Directors, excluding the CEO earn at least Ksh 700,000 while the Chief Executive Officer earns at least Ksh 1 million per month.
Apart from the salaries paid to employees the institution pays bonuses to their employees annually depending on performance of the company.
