Urban planning is a course which is marketable in the Kenyan market but does not guarantee a job immediately after graduation.

The course, which is offered at the University of Nairobi and Maseno University, has 46 % success rate, implying that over half of fresh graduates wait at least one year after graduation before they get a job.
