Requirements
Most companies require graduates with at least second class upper division from recognized institution and a good grade from high school. Work experience is not required.
Salaries
Since fresh graduates are employed as Graduate Trainees, they are paid upkeep amount as they undergo training, but when they complete training-which goes to up to 2 years-they are paid handsomely. On average, a fresh gradate is paid TSH 400,000 but the salary grows with time to reach up to TSH 2 million in two years.
Time of employment.
Fresh graduates are mostly employed during the months of January-June but majority are employed in the month of February when companies take stock of their employees.
